The committee heard an Everett High School spotlight presentation on programs and pathways, then unanimously approved accepting the Title Part A immigrant children and youth grant for a summer program. Margaret Cornelio, Robin Babcock, Samantha Hurley, Robert Van Campen, Millier Cardello, Jeanne Cristiano, Joseph Lamonica, and Marcony Barros all voted yes.

The committee heard a superintendent update on strategic planning and district initiatives, and it voted unanimously to accept the middle school exploration policy and the MyCAP grant for middle school career and academic planning. Members including Ms. Cornelio, Robert Van Campen, Robin Babcock, Marcony Barros, Millier Cardello, Joanna Garren, and Joseph Lamonica all voted yes.
